2866537 - Unable to import CSV file while configuring value mapping on Cloud Integration tenant

Symptom

You would like to create a value mapping on SAP Cloud Integration tenant. In the CSV file that contains value mapping, the values in the Source Agency are unique, but the values in the Target Agency are repetitive for different source values.

For example,

	Country\|C1	Code\|D1
1	Receiver_1\|	11
2	Receiver_2\|	12
3	Receiver_3\|	13
4	Receiver_4\|	11
5	Receiver_5\|	11

When you import the CSV file, the following error occurs:

Unable to import CSV file as the formatting does not follow the specification mentioned here
