2866556 - Ability to opt out of benefit multiple times when opt out is in future date

We are able to opt out of a benefit multiple times when the opt out is done in future date and further opt outs are being done after that date

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Benefits Management

• Opt out of an enrolled benefit in future date XYZ
• You can see an opt out button yet, as the date XYZ is not effective as of now
• We can again click and opt out at a later date than XYZ with no errors

As a result, multiple opt out requests created in system like below:

This is a code issue and will be fixed with b2005 release
