2866579 - Apprentice Management event type search hovers above other options

Symptom

EventType dropdown hovers on top of all options and hides other options under it rendering the Apprentice Management page unusable:

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Apprentice Management (APM) Select an apprentice as per standard APM functionality.
  2. Click on Add event and search for an eventType. 
  3. When you click on EventType search dropdown and scroll down the whole screen without selecting the EventType, this dropdown will not go away even on selecting any event and hover on top of all options on page and renders APM unusable.

Cause

Code defect. Engineering had now removed unwanted and faulty code.

Resolution

Workaround is to reload the page and choose the eventType on first serach attempt without scrolling down.

The fix for this issue would be released with b2005 upgrade.
