2866697 - Process Block Profile don't check HL PI document at desktop UI

Symptom

After customizing with below path:

  1. SPRO -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Product -> Catch Weight -> Define Process Block Profile.
  2. SPRO -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Product -> Catch Weight -> Activate Process Block Profile.
  3. Enable Process Block Profile for warehouse.
  4. /SCWM/MAT1 - Maintain Warehouse Product.
  5. Maintain Process Block Profile as “AL - Forbid All Processes”.

Ad-hoc Physical Inventory (Storage-Bin-Specific) - HL physical inventory document is still allowed to be created, counted and posted. It is not expected.
