An user deleted accidentally some competencies from "Competency Libraries" in Admin centre using "Delete" button.
As consequence the respective Ratings in Job Requisitions are gone.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
1. Admin Centre > "Competency Libraries"
2. select some competencies and click on "Delete"
Resolution
Unfortunately after the deletion all the information included the ratings does not exist anymore in the database, so is not possible recovery them anymore.
