Values are not populating on the picklists in Career Site Builder.

For example, Rule Editor

1. In Career Site Builder, select Pages
2. Select Category
3. Edit the desired category page
4. Select Rule Editor
5. Add the desired field
6. Click on the drop down list and you will not see all the values in there

There is no job posted in RMK that has this value on that specific field.

All picklists in the Recruiting Marketing module will display only values from existing job requisitions that are currently posted. Jobs not posted will not count. Picklist values that are not present in any POSTED job requisition will not be displayed. In order for the value to be displayed, it is necessary to post a job that has this information in RMK.

Note private postings will not work as these are not synched to RMK.
