Symptom

The Program SAPMSSY1 dumps with runtime error;

Runtime Errors      CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND                                                     
ABAP Program       SAPLAGS_CUSTOM_CODE_API

An attempt was made to call function module "AGS_CC_BI_FETCH_CUBE_REQUEST".                    
This cannot be found in the library though.
