2867066 - Japanese characters in FDTA

Symptom

When the user displays the payment media file in transaction FDTA, the Japanese (or other language) characters are displayed correctly.

However when they download the file and open it in editor (e.g., Excel or Word), the characters are not being displayed correctly as they are in FDTA.
