Symptom

 Change the email body of document generation.

Reproducing the Issue

there should be an email body text field where customer can customize the email body text either with static text or by using dynamic token values like email subject.

Resolution

  • Currently the email body has fixed text and cannot be changed.
  • We have a future enhancment (ECT-75493)  to support this.
  • This KBA will be updated on the progress.
