2867615 - "New" flag disappears if candidate is automatically disqualified - Recruiting Management

When candidates are automatically dispositioned due to a requisition being set as closed, although they haven't been reviewed, the "New" flag in Candidate Workbench is removed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

As of now, this is the way the system is designed to work. As the requisition is closed, the system would move all the other candidates to the disposition status, so they wouldn't be reviewed anymore.

In case you are able to and if this matches your business processes, if you reopen the requisition and move the candidate back to a status in the Talent Pipeline, then the "New" flag will be visible once again, in case you haven't reviewed their application yet.

If you think this behavior should be changed and this would be a good feature for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, please, submit your idea in our Influence Page, where you can suggest new ideas and improvements to the SuccessFactors products.
