2867655 - No fields can be selected when you try to do mass change in the PM list editing transactions

Symptom

When you want to use the "mass change" functionality in the PM list editing transactions (IW28, IW38, IE05, IL05 or IW37) the menu "Carry out a mass change" is available, however, no fields can be selected on the mass change screen. You get the error message "No fields can be changed in table ***" when you press button "Choose fields (F5)".
