How do you edit 'This Survey is anonymous' or 'This Survey is not anonymous' text from a Survey?

1. Navigate to Content > Surveys
2. Search for Survey ID and open in Edit mode
3. Questions
4. Preview Draft
5. See This Survey is Anonymous or This Survey is not anonymous
   
   

It is not possible to remove this text but the label text can be edited.

Navigate to:

1. References > Manage Labels > Labels
2. Search for Label ID label.questionnaire.User.Anonymous
   
3. Click Edit > Locales Tab
4. Edit the locale(s)as per your requirement.
5. Apply Changes

And

1. References > Manage Labels > Labels
2. Search for Label ID label.questionnaire.User.Not.Anonymous
3. Click Edit > Locales Tab
4. Edit the locale(s) as per your requirement.
5. Apply Changes

Note: You cannot completely remove the label text or you will get the following error:
