2868143 - Error when reviewing completed course - LMS

Error is displayed when a user reviews a content that they have completed (Learning History). See error below:

1. User completes a course and it moves to the Learning History

2. User tries to review the content, but is getting error (see Symptom)

The content within the item has been modified or removed or replaced AFTER the user has completed the course.

As per Engineering, once a user completes an item and then an admin has modified or removed or replaced the content, then the association of the old content will also be removed from the item, hence a user will not be able to review the content anymore. This is expected behavior.
