2868393 - "No System Alias found for Service" error when accessing the OCC Dashboards category within Focused Insights

Symptom

Within SAP Solution Manager 7.2, when trying to access the Focused Insights application and attempt to display the Operations Control Center (OCC) dashboard category, following error message displays:

  • Error: HTTP request failed. code: 500 - Internal Server Error. dueTo: No System Alias found for Service <service name> and user <User ID>.
