2868541 - How to Report on the Job Requisition Operator Job Title - Recruiting Management

How to build a adhoc report to pull the job title from an Job Requisition operator.

 SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Go to Reporting > New > Table
2. Select Cross Domain and Person and Employment Info (as of Date) as domain
3. Go to People tab > Refine Criteria > Select Other Filters
4. Go to Columns tab > Add Domain > Select Recruiting V2
5. Under Person and Employment Info (as of Date) domain, choose the following:
• User/Employee ID from Employee Information
• Job Title from Job Information
6. Under Recruiting 2.0 domain, choose the following:
• First Name from Job Req Operator
• Last Name from Job Req Operator
• Job Req ID from Job Req Operator
• Operator Type from Job Req Operator
• User Sys ID from Job Req Operator
7. On the filters, you need to filter by one value that is available on both RCM and EC modules. Also, you need to filter by this option on both sides. For example, User Sys ID.
• EC: User/Employee ID under Employee Information
• RCM: User Sys ID from Job Req Operator
8. This is how the preview will look like:

As the highlight information shows, the unique information must match on both sides.

9. Since you cannot filter by Job Req ID or Operator Type, you can sort by.
• Go to Columns tab > Click on Sort > Sort by Job Req/ Operator Type
10. Save and generate the report.
