2868778 - CMS server name is filled with cluster name and cannot be changed during the upgrade Data Services or Information Steward

Symptom

  • Cannot upgrade Data Services or Information Steward.
  • CMS server name is grayed out during the upgrade.
  • Error: Could not reach CMS '<cluster name>'. Specify the correct host and port and check the network issues. (FWM 20030)
  • Setupengine.log contains error: UIICCValidator: CMSTestConnection -  Test Connection Failed.
