Symptom
This is an option that specifies how characters stored in an UltraLite database.
Characters in an UltraLite database are either from the codepage implicit in the chosen collation, or are UTF8 encoded.
By the default, this option is enabled and database characters are stored by Unicode encoding.
(It regardless of collation.)
If the option is disabled, UltraLite database characters are corresponding code page to collation.
Normally, you don't need to change the option.
