SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Employee Portal doesn't appear the option to upload FLV videos, only the Youtube option.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to SuccessFactors HCM instance
2. Go to Admin Center > Manage Employee Portal
3. Select a page example "Home"
4. Then, click Edit
Result:
Resolution
FLV Media Player option is no longer supported after 1902 Release.
Recommendation:
- Flash video can be uploaded into YouTube - Follow the steps on How to insert a YouTube video in a page.
- Link the video into an open source
