Symptom

 Upon starting the SAP NW application server on Windows the following error is logged in the corresponding workprocess traces:

4 ETW000 [dlnt.c ,00000] *** ERROR => DlLoadLib()==DLENOACCESS - LoadLibrary("dbhdbslib.dll")
4 ETW000 Error 53 = "The network path was not found."
4 ETW000 [dbcon.c ,00000] *** ERROR => Couldn't load library 'dbhdbslib.dll'
