Symptom

The following RFC_NO_AUTHORITY dump occurs in the managed system for Solution Manager RFC user:

Category Installation error
     Runtime Errors RFC_NO_AUTHORITY

Short Text
     No RFC authorization for function module "SCMON_GET_LOG_STATUS".

What happened?
      User "SM_<SID>" in client XXX attempted to execute function module
      "SCMON_GET_LOG_STATUS" from
      function group "SCMON_API_REMOTE", but does not have the relevant RFC
      authorization.
