When we update the Job Code on the requisition using business rules the Job Role does not update.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
This has been confirmed by Product Management to be expected behavior due to a product limitation.
Resolution
The Job Role will update if the Job Code is updated manually. If you would like to change this behavior and support updating the Job Role field using business rules please create an enhancement request.
