Since 1911 release, the new functionality called "posting profile preselection rule" allows the administrator to create rule in Recruiting Posting system in order to preselect a posting profile during the posting workflow and avoid an additional click for the recruiter.

In order to use the new "posting profile preselection rule" functionality follow steps below:

• Access Manage Recruiting Posting then click "Posting Profile Selection"
  
  

• Click create rule and a popup display
  
  

• In the popup you need to write your posting profile preselection rule like the example below and click "Next":
  
  

• Then select the posting profile for which you want this rule to apply and click "Save".
  
  

• Your posting profile preselection rule should now be created.
  
  

Important note: This feature is not relevant if you are using only one posting profile or if your recruiters are assigned to only one posting profile. In that case the system automatically skips the "posting profile" selection step in the posting workflow. If you are using Autoposting feature, a posting profile preselection rule should be created even if you have only one, otherwise the jobs will not be posted automatically.
