2870640 - Why is the Effective Date column in Manage Workflow Requests blank?

In the Manage Workflow Requests Page, some Workflows have blank Effective Date column.

1. Go to Manage Workflow Requests.
2. Search for any Workflows.
3. Notice that there are some Workflows where the Effective Date column is blank.
   
   

The Effective Date column is blank for some Workflows because the respective HRIS Element or MDF Object is not effective dated.

For example, for Add National ID, the National ID Information HRIS Element is not effective dated hence the Effective Date column is blank.

For some Change Generic Object Actions, if the MDF Object has 'Effective Dating' set to 'None' such as Employee Time, any Workflows for this Object would have a blank Effective Date.

This is working as designed. The Effective Date will only show for those Elements or MDF Objects that are effective dated.
