This article explains the behavior of custom fields that are being mapped from RCM to RPO.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Custom Fields when mapped from RCM to RPO will be populated in Recruiting Posting "Post a Job" section only for the main language.
If additional languages (other than the main language) are selected in the Recruiting Posting side, those fields will not be populated for them.
