This article explains the behavior of custom fields that are being mapped from RCM to RPO.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Custom Fields when mapped from RCM to RPO, will be populated in "Post a Job" section from Recruiting Posting only for the main language.
If additional languages (other than the main language) are selected in the Recruiting Posting side, those fields will not be populated for them.
This feature can be reviewed by our Product teams. In order to propose this product improvement, please submit an Enhancement request (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2090228).
