2870726 - AZ_4_WEC panel is not mapping correctly for the field "I request to have no Arizona income tax withheld from my wages because I declare that:" - Onboarding 1.0

In the AZ_4_WEC panel, we can see that there's three options to select from (Nativa American, Nonresident Military Spouse, and Non resident). Once, you were able to select one of the option the checkbox for "I request to have no Arizona income tax withheld from my wages because I declare that:" is not populating.
