2870846 - No change pointer after transport of setup groups

Symptom

You create a transport from your ECC/S4 system ABC to ECC/S4 system DEF, where you transfer setup group into your ECC/S4 system DEF.
Your ECC/S4 system DEF is conncted via CIF to an SCM APO system.
You have setup

  1. changepointers in TX BD61 (general switch on) BD50 (messagetype CIFSTG) and BD52 for messagetype CIFSTG and the fields

    Object            Table  Field
    SETUPGROUP T425   KEY
    SETUPGROUP T425T KEY
    SETUPGROUP T425T TXT
    SETUPGROUP T426   KEY
    SETUPGROUP T426T KEY
    SETUPGROUP T426T TXT

  2. or your use the BTE (business transaction event) via TX CFC9  Change Transfer for Setup Groups (BTE Transfer, Immediately)

But after the transport was done you did not get any changepointer of the changed or new entries or any change send to SCM APO if you are using BTE.
