You have a firewall that is blocking the KM image URLs because they have etc in the image URL path:
/irj/go/km/docs/etc/public/mimes/images/html.gif
/irj/go/km/docs/etc/public/mimes/images/presentation.gif
/irj/go/km/docs/etc/public/mimes/images/unknown.gif
/irj/go/km/docs/etc/public/mimes/images/pdf.gif
You would like to know if there is a way to move the KM images to a different location and change the KM Image Path without breaking any KM functionality.
