2871744 - Errors 208 and 11221 in Primary ASE in HADR - SAP ASE

• On reboot, a primary ASE failed to get the external login info and hence unable to connect to a remote ASE.
• Getting errors 208 and 11221 in the primary ASE errorlog:

server  sysservers not found. Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether the object exists (sp_help may produce lots of output).
kernel  hadr administrator user account not found, this must be set via the sp_hadr_admin setlogin command
server  Error: 11221, Severity: 16, State: 1
server  No external login for suserid 0, server name 'myASEDR'.
server  background task error 4002: Login failed.
