2872023 - Booked room not cancelled when meeting invite declined - Recruiting Management

When the candidate or Interviewer declines an interview the meeting room is not canceled in Outlook.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Book Interview for candidate 
2. Confirmation email with meeting invite is sent to the recruiter. 
3. Recruiter rejects interview. 
4. Check that the room is still booked.

As the Interview invite is being sent by the system and not sent by the Interview organizer the room will still be booked.

When the recruiter declines the interview they will need to delete the interview in Interview Scheduling, in order to trigger the cancellation email for the Room Booker.

To cancel the interview, you will need to do the following.

1. Go to Interview Scheduling. 
2. Select the Job Requisition.
3. Find the booked interview of the candidate. 
4. Delete Interview 
5. Outlook notification is triggered deleting the booked room.
