2872109 - S/4HANA CLOUD - Changing the tax code not possible; account has a balance

Symptom

Error 'Changing the tax code not possible; account has a balance' or Error 'Change not allowed since account balance is not zero' is raised in SSCUI 150001 - Manage G/L account Master Data, although the Balance is 0 in App 'Display G/L Account Balances'.
