2872244 - Changes Made on Resume/Cover Letter Field not Reflecting on Application While Applying - Recruiting Management

Changes made on Resume and/or Cover Letter fields, such as labels and field-permissions, are not reflecting while the candidate is applying for a Job.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Apply the changes on the Application Template
2. Upload the template
3. Notice the changes are not reflecting on the applying page.

When using Mobile Apply, the Candidate Profile and Job Application are consolidated into a single page, then some fields like, Resume and Cover Letter configuration will come from the Candidate Profile and not the Application.

On the Applying Page, with Mobile Apply, the Application fields will only be available under Job-Specific Information portlet. So, the rest of the fields will come from the Candidate Profile, as the attachments, candidate information and background elements.
