2872298 - IBP: S&OP Operator is not considering values of the Supply Input Key Figures displayed in Excel

Symptom

You run the S&OP Operator and the results for the Output Key Figures do not seem to be consistent with the Input Key Figures values.

For example: the Key Figure ADJUSTEDPRODUCTION is empty but the Heuristic does not generate Production Receipts; or, there are high Non-Delivery Cost Rates but the Optimizer does not satisfy the Customer Demands.
