2872639 - Output of sp_hep_rep_agent when RepAgent is down SAP ASE - Stand-alone

• According to the SAP Rep Server Manuals, sp_help_rep_agent dbname, 'recovery' should show 'not running' for a repagent that is down:
  
  
• Status: Indicates RepAgent or scanner activity. Not running: RepAgent is not running.  

• However the procedure actually produces no output whatsoever unless the rep agent is running, making it unusable to check a rep agent status which is not running.
