Will Media Team implementation Services be sunset?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

The SAP Media Team will no longer support implementation tasks for contracts signed after the Q4 Release (December 6, 2019).  For customer contracts which include XML feed distribution as a required deliverable, implementation tasks including the Media Intake Call, Job Distribution Consultation, and XML Feed Creation can be supported by the Partner Implementation Consultant or by SAP Professional Services.

Service charges applies to all services contracts signed after December 6, 2019.

Impacted Services:

• Media Intake Call
• Job Distribution Consultation
• XML Feed Creation

Customers or Partners requesting support on automated Job Distribution activities, including Job Distribution Consulting, Advanced XML Feed Creation, New XML Templates should engage SAP Professional Services directly. For this case, it SHOULD NOT be performed via a Product Support Ticket (Incident).

For all requests, the prerequisite is that the customer/partner provide the signed SOW to validate if it was signed before or after December 6th. If it was after then we will require hours from the partner to complete these steps. Prior to December 6th tasks will be supported via a Support case.
