2872852 - Direct Reports do not show in tha Company Org-Chart

Symptom

Direct Reports do not show in tha Company Org-Chart, so that a manager does not see his team under him, either no user or users that are not direct reports are shown.

 If you access with other users the relations are correct.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login into the instance;
  2. Go to Company Info;
  3. You see that the managers and direct reports are not as suppose per User Data File. 

Cause

The user facing the issue must have choosed to view the Matrix Reports Only on the Display Options, as example below:

Resolution

The solution is for the user to change the Display Options to either All Reports or Direct Reports Only, then the direct reports will be shown.
