Symptom

BSP error "Relation /SALM/BT_ITSM_SSR_FS_REL is not (yet) supported" is occurring when creating certain template-related Transaction Types; this issue has been observed for Incident Template Simple IT Req (S4IT), Service Request Approver Template (S4AT) and Service Req Template Simple IT Req (S4ST).
