HTML Tags are appearing in Performance Management Advanced Reporting reports

Reproducing the Issue
When the Comment fields on the Performance forms are reported in advanced reporting, they are showing HTML tags.
Resolution
As per the current design of the product, there is no feature to remove the HTML tags automatically from a realms report like wise in Adhoc report.
As a work around, if the feature: "Rich text editor for PM and 360" is disabled, the PM form will show the HTML tags. You have to manually go and correct each comment in the forms.
