2873088 - "Select all" option not selecting criteria with "&" when creating Dynamic Group

When creating a Dynamic Group via Options > Groups, clicking the "Select All" option does not work for selections with "&" character in the label

1. In My Groups, I choose some criteria eg. "Department"
2. Search for all Departments
3. Choose "Select All" and go to next page
4. When I review my selections by going to the previous page, I notice that Departments with "&" in the label become unchecked

The character '&' has special meanings in the group filter UI page, so when you select an option with this character in the name, then you will lose that option in the list if you go forward and back between pages. However, actually the items are selected under 'Selected Items', when you click save, it will be updated normally.

The Workaround is: check the 'Selected Items' to decide which items should be added in the People pool. When chosen manually, the items should be added to 'Selected Items'.

A permanent fix has been added to the Roadmap Review by the Development team. This KBA will be updated once a permanent solution is in place.
