Symptom

When the user post a Journal in BPC, it gives the error - "Failed to save journal"

Error details:

UJJ_EXCEPTION_092 Invalid journal or group

UJJ_EXCEPTION_106 The property 'ENABLEJRN' of member xxx of dimension /ERP/FLOW is not set to 'Y'.

UJJ_EXCEPTION_048 Invalid dimension member yyy for dimension /ERP/GL_ACCT in journal group.

 Checked the notes 2555661 and 2719937 but issue remains
