2873133 - The remove operation of relationship between BPs cannot be reflected by FULL extraction of DataSource 0BP_RELATIONS_ATTR.

Symptom

A Relationship was removed in the CRM system between BPs.

But this operation cannot be reflected by FULL extraction of DataSource 0BP_RELATIONS_ATTR.

(That is, in the result of FULL extraction, there is no such entry with field FLG_DELETED = 'X').

In DELTA extraction, there is corresponding entry with field FLG_DELETED = 'X'.
