2873157 - Learning Approval Tile Displaying under To-Do When There is No Pending Approval

• Employee completes a training and sees a "Learning Approvals" tile showing pending items
• Employee clicks on the tile, and no pending approval is displayed

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. From BizX Home page, verify there is a "Learning Approvals" tile displaying 1 pending approval
2. When selecting the tile, the user is redirected to the "Pending Approvals" page and no pending approval item is shown

There is a function gap between LMS and BizX. When LMS sends a response back to BizX, the response does not contain alert type info. That is why BizX treats all alert responses as "Pending Approval".

This was resolved in the b2005 release.
