2873219 - Missing information in Employee Scorecard XML exported file

When exporting the Employee Scorecard XML in People Profile, some portlets are missing from the exported file. Users can see the information in the profile, but in the XML file the portlets are not showing.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to People Profile;
2. In the Actions menu, click "Create Talent Card";
3. Select the "XML" option in templates, and create the file;
4. The exported Employee Scorecard XML do not show complete information, some portlets are missing (e.g. Successors Portlet, Nominations Portlet, Matrix Placement Portlet).

The information shown in the Employee Scorecard XML is controlled by the configuration of view-template "employeeScorecard" in your Data Model. The missing portlets in the Employee Scorecard XML may be caused due to they are not configured under the view-template "employeeScorecard" in the XML code of your instance.

To correct this issue, and export the portlets information in XML format, it is necessary to add the portlet id under view-template id="employeeScorecard" in your Data Model.

In case, Manage Business Configuration Tool is available in your instance, in Admin Center, you can use it to configure the required portlets under the view template. Complete information is available in Setting Up and Using Business Configuration UI (BCUI) Guide > Using Business Configuration UI.

If the tool is not available, you would need to engage your Implementation Partner, as access to Provisioning is required to apply the changes. However, if you are no longer working with a Partner, you can open a Configuration Change Request with Cloud Support, informing the portlets you would like to configure under "employeeScorecard" view-template.
