2873270 - Assign group account no. to Delivered ID in G/L Account Master Data app

Symptom

While renumbering G/L accounts, the following error is encountered:

"Assign group account no. to Delivered ID in G/L Account Master Data app"

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

This is a new validation related to the 'NOT USED' flag and it will be triggered if some conditions are matched.

Resolution

Ensure that the below conditions are met:

Mapping should be A->A type only.
Group Chart of Account is assigned to Operative Chart of Account. (YCOA->YGR1).
Group Account number is not assigned to G/L Account (Field SKA1-BILKT).
