Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting > Job Requisitions > Offer Approvals
  2. Choose Candidate 
  3. On the Offer Approval, click on button download resume
  4. The error appears and Resume cannot be downloaded from within the offer approval.

Cause

A ticket with the engineering team has been opened to determine the root cause (internal reference number RCM-72536).

Resolution

As a workaround, customers can choose to disable Read Audit Logging from Admin Center - Manage Audit Configuration
