Symptom

It is not possible to change document type in the app Create Outgoing Invoice

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Go to app 'Create Outgoing Invoice'

Select the company code

There is no field 'Document type' available on the Basic Data tab

Cause

Document type option is set as 'Document type hidden'

Resolution

Go to app 'Create Outgoing Invoice'

Go to Menu/More/Settings/Editing option

Go to the section 'Special Options for Single Screen Transactions'

Select the option you need for 'document type option'. E.g. 'ready for input'
