An SAP HANA Logon page is displayed when using a reverse proxy URL to access your SAP Analytics Cloud tenant

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.21.1
• Apache Reverse Proxy

1. Open a Google Chrome browser window
2. Navigate to the Reverse Proxy URL which can be used to access SAP Analytics Cloud
3. Observe that a HANA Logon screen is displayed

Incorrect Reverse Proxy configuration causing XsSessionId cookie to have an incorrect expiry date

Reverse proxy configuration is currently out of the scope of Product Support.

It is strongly recommended that you utilize CORS when configuring Live Data Connections which no longer require the use of an Apache Reverse Proxy. For more information regarding CORS please read the KBA found below;
