You are using SAML step as the authentication mechanism for an app created via SAP Cloud Platform SDK for iOS. If you log on with a user who does not have required role in back-end (e.g. SAP GW), you will get a 403 error as expected, while you are not able to retry/reset to log on with another user as it is always using the previous credentials automatically and throwing the same 403 error.
