Symptom

  • DSI suspended with login failed:
    ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(364(1) RDS.RDB) - /generic/useful/cm.c(5329)
    Message from server: Message: 4002, State 1, Severity 14 -- 'Login failed. '.
    ERROR #1027 DSI EXEC(364(1) RDS.RDB) - /generic/useful/cm.c(5329)
    Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 67175468, Severity 4 -- 'ct_connect(): protocol specific layer:
    external error: The attempt to connect to the server failed.'
    ERROR #13045 DSI EXEC(364(1) iapss01.pra_iaa_prd) - /generic/useful/cm.c(5333)
  • resume connect to RDS.RDB and the DSI goes down:
    ERROR #5152 DSI(364 RDS.RDB) - neric/dsi/dsisched.c(5168) There is a system transaction whose state is not known.
    DSI will be shut down.
  • resume connection to RDS.RDB execute transaction and got the same login failed error.
