2873884 - WFA reports missing / Metrics packs are not appearing - Workforce Analytics

• The implementation of WFA is completed but the reports are missing
• The Metrics packs and Measures are not appearing via BizX
• The WFA reports are working as expected only via WFA site e.g. analytics2.successfactors.eu (access restricted to SAP support)

1. Complete the implementation of WFA
2. Log in the instance and go to Workforce Analytics page
3. Check that the Metrics Packs (WFA reports) are missing on the left hand side
   
   
   
   
4. However, the WFA reports are showing up as expected via WFA site e.g. analytics2.successfactors.eu (access restricted to SAP support)
   

• User does not have permission to the WFA reports/Measures via RBP or WFA roles
• Tree Security is Hidden for all Structural Dimensions
• RBP is controlling WFA but the Measures and Dimensions were not synchronized in BizX
• ORD/WFA is not configured properly in Provisioning

User does not have permission: Check if RBP or WFA roles are controlling the permissions -> 2343087 then review if the user has access to the Measures and Dimensions in RBP or in the WFA roles (2302127)

Tree Security: Review the WFA roles or RBP roles of the user and make sure that Tree Security is set up properly (e.g. Hidden cannot be selected for all Structural dimensions) -> SAP Help Portal Configuring Tree Security

WFA sync in BizX: When RBP is controlling WFA, check if the WFA Sync Job is running successfully -> 2356216

ORD/WFA in Provisioning: In case all the configurations above are correct, please contact your Partner or SAP to review the ORD/WFA implementation in Provisioning.
