2874065 - Quantity Posting via Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) S/4HANA Cloud

When importing the "Fixed assets - Posting" template in the data migration the quantity in the "Posting Header" tab cannot be posted for all depreciation areas.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1911 and above

The Header tab needs to have two separate rows: one determines the quantity in general, the other one relates to the transactions. Reason is that the quantity can only be added to depreciation area 01 and transactions on other areas need to be linked to a different header.

The tabs need to be filled as follows:

	Header Tab	Transaction Tab
For quantity posting	Sequence number: 1 Assignment number: STARTQUANTITY	no corresponding entries here for sequence number 1, because system always post the quantity to area 01
For amount posting	Sequence number: 2 Assignment number: blank Posting Date: <your posting date>	<your amount postings to individual areas, with sequence number 2>
